1. Under EQUIFAX Account (US-Credit reporting Agency);
2. Fixing delinquent accounts, updating credit score, checking for fraudulent accounts and processing them;
3. Resolving customer inquiries/requests via emails and calls;
4. Developing and maintaining accurate files;
5. Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner;
6. Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner;
7. Promote and market focused project/s;
8. Generate leads and convert them to sales;
9. Adheres to company policies and procedures;
10. Conduct presentation, Showroom/site manning and tour;
11. Close sales and deliver monthly target;
