I am currently working as a Airbnb VA property manager where I'm handling guest inquiries, updating listings, coordinating with cleaners to guarantee the readiness of accommodations before guests' arrival, and liaising with professionals such as plumbers and electricians to promptly resolve any listing issues. I am adept at contacting Airbnb for assistance with matters such as review disputes, payout inquiries, alterations and other things related to Airbnb. Furthermore, I efficiently compile monthly payout sum ---------- s of cleaners. My experience also extends to property prospecting, involving outreach to property owners and companies to expand the selection of properties listed on Airbnb. 
I worked as a Support Ambassador for Airbnb at Telus International Philippines since May 2022 until July 2023. In this role, I assist customers through phone, chat, and email by addressing their booking concerns, arrival dates, and requests to ensure a positive customer experience.
Prior to this, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at ePerformax Contact Centers and BPO from December 2021 to April 2022. Here, I handled various customer issues related to billing, collection support, client inquiries, and product support.
From February 2020 to December 2020, I worked as an Advisor 1, Telesales Representative at Concentrix, where I promoted and sold company products over the phone. My responsibilities included contacting prospects, presenting product features, updating customer databases, and closing sales.
