I have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with nearly 2 years of experience as a Support Ambassador at Airbnb, along with 3 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant for short-term rental properties. In these roles, I handled a wide range of concerns from both guests and hosts and developed a solid understanding of Airbnb policies.

I am highly skilled in various aspects of property management, including:
• Responding to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
• Assisting with check-in and check-out processes
• Requesting additional fees such as pet or extra guest charges
• Managing property calendars and reservations
• Responding to reviews and assisting with review removal requests through Airbnb support
• Coordinating with cleaners, including early check-in arrangements
• Managing smart locks and access through apps
• Ensuring listings are well-optimized
• Handling cancellations, amenities issues, and cleanliness concerns

I am also experienced in using tools such as Airbnb, Hospitable, Hostaway, Enso Connect, Ring, Guesty, Slack, Google Suite, Schlage, RemoteLock, Vivint, Yale, ---------- , Blink, Minut, OpenPhone, Google Voice, and Turno.
