Profile Description

Mostly, I do Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Revit. I have helped companies or individuals in doing or creating 3d models, families, clash detection, shop drawings, schedules, templates, markups creation/correction, Scan to BIM, etc. I have experience in workshared cloud models, BIM360, Revizto, and Navisworks. I can create mostly any models, may it be on architecture, landscapes, structural, MEP and other disciplines.

Since 2015, I am practicing professionally as an Architect or BIM specialist. I've been helping companies and individuals in solving AEC and BIM problems.

I have been with companies that focuses on BIM services, Landscapes and Fire alarm systems. 

Below are the services I can provide:
- Building Information Modeling (BIM) (Revit): Do or create 3D models, families, clash detections, shop drawings, schedules, templates, markups creation/corrections, files (dwg, pdf, etc.) extraction, Scan to BIM, Phasing: Demolished, Proposed/New Construction, etc. I have experience working in workshared cloud models, BIM360, Revizto and Navisworks for coordination. 

- Architectural services: Do or create designs, plans, 3D visualizations, shop drawings, estimates, general architectural tasks and other related stuffs. 

Software skills: I am proficient on these following software: AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revizto, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office
