Hello,
I am a University of the Visayas graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management. During my academic journey, I completed a 3-month on-the-job training at Mactan International Airport under the Business Concession and Public Affairs Office.
Upon graduation, I embarked on a career in the travel and tour industry, where I gained valuable experience in customer service and operations management. As the second of four siblings and the only girl, I learned the importance of responsibility and teamwork early on.
Outside of work, I find comfort in reading quotes, and magazines, and indulging in arts and crafts, including drawing. I have a passion for travel and enjoy planning trips, as well as assisting friends with property design for Airbnb and providing part-time management support.
I am excited to apply for the Property Manager position as it aligns perfectly with my career goals. My extensive background in customer service, virtual assistance, and hospitality management equips me with the skills necessary to oversee property operations effectively. I thrive in dynamic environments and am dedicated to ensuring tenant satisfaction and property success.

I'm adept at resolving issues promptly, collaborating with teams, and exceeding expectations like how I used to when I was at TDCX Airbnb account as a support ambassador and helping a friend manage his condominiums. My previous role provided valuable experiences and opportunities for growth, as a virtual assistant at Radix Fire Protection Inc. However I am now seeking a new challenge that aligns more closely with my long-term career goals and aspirations. While I appreciated the experiences gained in my previous position, I am eager to explore new opportunities where I can continue to develop professionally and contribute my skills and expertise to a dynamic team.
