• Interpret drawings, specifications, and preparation of quantity take-offs for cost estimation
• Assisting Head Quantity Surveyor from day to day quantity surveying works
• Prepare contracts and allocate work for subcontractors
• Prepare list of materials of procurement.
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure better prices and better quality of materials.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and materials that delivered and installed on site.
