I am a Logistics Accounts Payable and Bookkeeping Specialist supporting US trucking and logistics companies with accurate invoice processing, payroll validation, and reconciliation. I help business owners maintain organized financial records, reduce billing disputes, and keep cash flow running smoothly.

My core expertise includes Accounts Payable management, processing 180+ invoices weekly, payroll support with 98% accuracy, 3PL load verification, aging reports, fuel account management, billbacks, and vendor communication.

I work with QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, BNP, Port Pro, Fleetio, 3GTMS, Transportation Management Systems, Salesforce, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.

I am available for full time work and can operate during US EST or PST hours. I have a dedicated home office, dual monitors, 200 Mbps fiber internet with backup connection, and power backup access. I am comfortable working independently and handling confidential financial data.

I am looking for a long term position where I can take ownership of accounts payable and bookkeeping processes, support operations, and grow with the company. I value accuracy, consistency, and clear communication, and I take deadlines and financial responsibility seriously.
