Hi! My name is Jonalyn Aquino. My highest qualification is Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English. I also passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) last January 2022. My strengths are I am self-motivated, hardworking, and a quick learner.
I've been working as a Customer Service Representative for 2 years. I have been dealing with US based clients and helping them to resolve their concern. I am also knowledgeable in Microsoft office. Aside from being a customer service representative I can do admin tasks as well. Most Importantly, I can work under pressure.
