DATA ENTRY ANALYST

I received and evaluate Job order application for Electric Service Connection , I manage consumer's data and update them for the schedule of service dropping. At our workplace I am one of the secretariat taking notes of dates of activities and communicate with other committees involved in the said activities.

I handle Member-Consumer Integrated System in our company , after evaluating the Job order applications, data are encoded in the system and processed them for issuance of meter and schedule of appointment for service dropping

I answer queries and concern thru telephone calls and emails. I am one of the personnel responding queries thru emails, most of our reports are also submitted thru emails.

I used Microsoft excel making reports specially because helps in quick calculations, data interpretations and tabulations.

I am currently assigned at Institutional Services Department office where I usually entertain Big loads consumers applying for Electric Service Connection. I am task to orient clients about the process and the requirements in applying for Electric Service Connection.
