I am a graduate of B.S Business Administration Major in Financial Management and I have been working as a live chat and email customer service and technical support agent for more than a decade. For the past 10 years, I have supported different accounts in the line of business such as Telecommunications, an Internet Service Provider, Antivirus programs,
Premium VPN, local and foreign banks, and even gaming consoles. I am well trained and good with multitasking, as I can handle 5 simultaneous chat interactions while answering emails and documentation at the same time.
