My previous job was as a Team Manager in a BPO company. I handled a team of 15 heads which may be composed of newbies and tenured technical agents. Being a manager means to me being able to grow, handle challenges and celebrate our wins as a team. My BPO experience is over 10 years total in 3 different companies where I experienced working as a Customer care, Technical support, Mentor / Subject-Matter Expert, and then Team Manager. I had experience in both chat support (non-voice) and phone support (voice).
