I've spent over a decade in the call center world, cutting my teeth on everything from calm customer chats to those tough technical troubleshooting calls no one else wanted. It's given me rock-solid patience, a knack for explaining things simply, and the instinct to really listen because customers know when you care.
After that, I switched gears to remote work for 5 years. I thrived in sales doing outbound campaigns, turning cold leads into warm conversations, and genuinely enjoying the challenge of meeting targets without losing the human touch. I also supported a real estate agent as a virtual assistant, handling scheduling, following up, and keeping clients in the loop, making sure the chaos of property deals felt smooth for everyone involved.
For the past 3 years, I dove into e-commerce, helping businesses build trust and grow sales online. Whether it was handling customer questions, managing orders, coordinating with suppliers, or making sure the website content did its job, I enjoyed wearing many hats and keeping things running behind the scenes.
What ties all this together? I love problem-solving, working with people, and making their day a little easier. I'm equally comfortable picking up the phone, jumping on chat, or diving into spreadsheets. Remote or in-person, solo or in a team, I take ownership of my work and never stop learning.
