I have a total of 14 years of experience of customer support, 7 years both for technical and sales. We interact thru chat and email with our clients having technical difficulties for their cable, phone and internet services. I am a good problem solver with a superior efficiency towards the job and especially to our clients. I had 6 years as a Telephone Banker for Billing and Financial services.
