I currently excel as a Recruitment Operations and Client Support Specialist. My realm revolves around the dynamic platforms of Recruitee and HubSpot, where I collaborate closely with my manager in the creation and management of captivating job advertisements tailored to our clients' diverse hiring needs. While my manager and I share responsibilities in the creative process, my focus lies in the management Upgrade to see actual infoe, ensuring that once ads are up and running, they are meticulously maintained and fine-tuned. Additionally, I am entrusted with auditing data, optimizing automation functionality, and actively engaging with clients to solicit feedback, provide updates, and refine drafts for maximum impact.

Regarding process improvement initiatives, I play a pivotal role in collaborating with our team to enhance operational efficiency. Leveraging my expertise, I serve as one of the key contributors, offering insights and practical solutions to streamline our operations and empower our team to consistently deliver exceptional results.

Moreover, I serve as a supportive guide to my colleagues, facilitating adherence to our company's processes with a collaborative approach.
