I've been involved in the BPO industry since 2012, taking on various roles such as TSR, CSR, and Virtual Assistant. My adaptability allows me to excel in any job assignment. As a Team Lead - Virtual Assistant, I efficiently managed emails and administrative duties. During my tenure as a Resolution Supervisor, I adeptly handled escalations and quality reports. For nearly 5 years, I've thrived in the work-from-home environment, starting from cold calling to currently managing General Administrative Tasks. This includes overseeing emails, calendars, and generating reports using Google Suites. I'm capable of working effectively under pressure with minimal supervision, thanks to my experience. These roles have honed my exceptional interpersonal and English communication skills, making me easily trainable.
