Profile Description

I have worked in the BPO industry since 2012. I have worked as a TSR, CSR and as a Virtual Assistant. I am very flexible in any type of job. I have handled emails and administrative tasks as a Project Team Lead - Virtual Assistant. I have also managed escalations and quality reports when I was a Resolution Supervisor. I have been in the work-from-home industry for almost 5 years. I started with cold calling and setting up appointments. Recently, I have been doing General Administrative Tasks. Managing emails, calendars and creating reports via Google Suits. I have the ability and adaptability to work under pressure with minimal or no supervision at all. These jobs developed my strong interpersonal communication skills. I have excellent English communication skills both written and verbal. I could easily be trained.
