Hi, I'm Jeane Rose — a Filipino Virtual Assistant with real, full-time remote experience working with a US-based client. I did not learn on the job at my client's expense. I showed up, worked night shifts consistently, adapted to US business hours from day one, and delivered results without needing to be micromanaged.
I have hands-on experience in real estate virtual assistance, CRM management, lead follow-up, appointment coordination, client communication, document preparation, and general admin support using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Keeping pipelines organized, client files accurate, and communication flowing — that is the kind of work I take ownership of without being asked twice.
What sets me apart is the background I carry into every role. I am a Registered Criminologist (PRC 2025), which means I am wired to be thorough, process-driven, detail-oriented, and accountable — qualities that matter a lot when you are handling client records, compliance documents, and high-stakes transactions.
I am open to full-time or part-time remote roles admin support, CRM administration, and client coordination.
