Profile Description

I worked in a service provider (Philippine Interactive Audiotext Services PIASI) of Australian Embassy as Client Service Representative. I received documents and enters information into computer databases for effective record keeping. Daily responsibilities include: Organizing files and collecting data to be entered into the computer for All kinds of Australian VISA application. (July 10 2010 to 2 July 2015)

(7 July 2015 to present) I am now working in JMG consultancy Inc as a Procurement Analyst. Our client is Goodman Limited is an Australian integrated commercial and industrial property group that owns, develops and manages real estate.

 As a Procurement Analyst our duties involve sourcing and vetting vendors, negotiating contracts and presenting deals to decision makers.
Process RFQs, proposal, issue contracts through DocuSign. 
Provides Shared Service Support to an Australian Client (global integrated commercial and
industrial property group) via email. 
Assists Procurement Manager and Property Team in any work related request
Facilitates request for quotation (RFQ) from different incumbent service contractors and creating
pricing summary through excel spreadsheets for Property Team’s review. 
Drafts Contractor Agreements and issues to the contractors via DocuSign for signature.
Sets meetings via Microsoft Teams / Outlook
Manages / updates excel spreadsheet trackers for weekly and monthly reports. 
Creates process / workflow maps using Microsoft Power point presentation
presentation Creates Purchase Orders via Yardi platform 
Reviews and responds to different queries received from contractors (i.e Purchase Orders,
Contractor Agreements, Payment status of invoices, etc.)
Drives other Admin task
