• Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, e-mail communication, cold calling
• Manage leads and stay organized using internal CRM, Follow Up Boss including adding leads, conversation notes, response times, and follow-up attempts into database
• Follow up leads through phone calls, SMS and
• Follow and master scripts used in lead generation and cultivation to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
• Chase deals with fervor until they are either closed, dead or turned into qualified appointments
• Answer and listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions
• Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions with best ability
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
