We do cold calling, reaching out to businesses to determine their potential interest in the services we offer, and I worked as an Appointment Setter for 8 months. Reaching out to clients who have been in an aUpgrade to see actual info within the past 2 years. Our objective is to determine if they have not yet to retain an Attorney so that we can connect them with a suitable one in their area. Prior to Freelancing, I have been a Sales Representative for 3 years. My responsibilities include taking orders, process it, and addressing customer concerns such as billing, order tracking, and updating customer information, including their addresses and adding authorized users to their accounts. I believe I possess the necessary skills for the job, although I acknowledge that there is always room for growth and learning. I consider myself a quick learner and am open to training, especially in tool navigation, under the guidance of your expert trainers.
