Administers Psychological Testing for the qualified applicants. Prepare & maintain report on processed applicants.
Perform preliminary interviews to qualified applicants. Make endorsement for further interview. Record and monitor applicant endorsements to departments concerned.
Monitors and evaluates training program effectiveness and returns.
Monitors training budget and activities.
