I have experience in barging of calls to check the competency levels in call flow and call deliberations to improve negative outlier results in daily/monthly barge assessments.
Perform calibration to ensure precise scoring and profiling.
Creation of assessment forms for accurate monitoring of progress.
Monthly, quarterly and yearly monitoring of quality compliance levels and constructing countermeasures to maintain high compliance rate.
Conducting nesting and internship for onboarding Customer Service Representatives. 

I am skilled in analyzing the data to identify any potential fraudulent or inaccurate activity, excellent attention to detail and able to follow procedures correctly and perform a detailed analysis and prepare reports in my findings. As well as, I am skilled in maintaining employee records (soft & hard copies), updating databases such as new hires, separations, available position, leaves and absences and other records. I have excellent organizational skills and attention to details and procedures.
I have developed strong skills in monitoring assigned tasks, documenting, reporting, scheduling and developing workflow plans in my everyday task.
I have also experience as Sale Representative, helps me to develop my communication skills, listening, negotiation and problem solving.
