Hi, my name is Joe-Ann ! Thank you for visiting my profile. Let me tell you my story.I graduated as Bachelor of Elementary Education and passed the licensure examination for teachers. I've been in the teaching industry for two academic years. I helped students to learn ,knowing and understanding what to Upgrade to see actual infoanizing and planning activities where they can learn more. Creating positive environment and by being flexible in all the things they need.I also worked in a BPO Industry for six years with different line of business. All of the accounts I worked for is in the United States. I handled Financial Account, Sales, Telecommunications, Health Care and Travel Account. I was also part of the Quality assurance team listening to phone calls ,providing feedback and helping colleagues the correct processes. I also experience being a Fraud Analyst, handling compromised accounts ,doing some research and calling customers to provide resolution for fraud cases.My Financial account covered both voice and non- voice (email and chat). Receiving phone calls from the students receiving their Financial Aid Refund which supports multiple schools and Universities in the U.S. Another financial account is with American Express helping customers for their billings, processing claims and selling credit cards .with this it helps me to boost my confidence in Sales. I also have the knowledge resolving some technical issues like internet connection . I was also with a company that offers travel account.
