I used to work as a Customer Service in a Food Industry for 1 year and worked also as Customer Service Representative for 2 years in BPO Industry. I also have On-the-Job training in my high school and college where I got my experiences on most of Data Entry and Admin Tasks

Because of this experiences I was able to gain wide array of skills.
It has taught me my professional skills and how to improve Upgrade to see actual info also taught me how to deal with different kinds of customer or clients with utmost empathy, honesty, promptness, and professionalism.
