After that, I've worked in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative (phone, chat and email support), Recruiter, Sales Representative, Technical Support Representative and Documentation Specialist for almost eight years. Back when I was still connected with AT&T, I was promoted as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and one of the responsibilities was to manage a team.
