Profile Description

Hello! I am Saskia Ledesma, a freelance architect with over 6 years of experience in both interior and exterior design. Early in my career, I worked in a project management company where I honed my technical drafting skills and eventually appointed Head of Technical Drafting.

After intensive technical training, I transitioned into a more design-focused environment, working as a furniture and interior designer in a furniture studio specializing in custom-made pieces crafted from hardwood, steel, and unique upholstery selections. I advanced into a Project-in-Charge role after obtaining my license within the same company, where I managed projects from concept to completion, including full interior design scope. This position strengthened my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of construction coordination, design development, and project execution.

I later ventured into remote work, collaborating with a real estate company based in The Netherlands, where I designed and upscale-styled apartments for sale. I also completed remote design work for a Cafe & Lounge project in Vietnam, further expanding my international exposure and cross-cultural design experience.

My locally commissioned projects are primarily architectural and interior-focused, ranging from small-scale commercial spaces such as coffee shops and laundry hubs to residential kitchen and terrace extensions, similar to ADU-type projects.
