Finally I was able to land a job as an Acquisition Specialist for 1 year that manages the lead and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed. Build rapport with sellers to overcome objections and get the deal closed. I assess comparable and property value, prepare a purchasing agreement and due diligence documents.
