I have an experience as a Real Estate cold caller for 2 years in a BPO company and after that I dUpgrade to see actual info to be a Freelance Virtual Assistant that handled a Real Estate international account. Then I was promoted as a Follow-up Specialist for 1 year that takes care of all the warm and hot leads from the cold callers. Finally I was able to land a job as an Acquisition Specialist for 1 year that manages the lead and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed. Build rapport with sellers to overcome objections and get the deal closed. I assess comparable and property value, prepare a purchasing agreement and due diligence documents.
