Profile Description

I graduated from the University of Mindanao with a degree in Tourism Management. During my internship at the Bureau of Immigration in the Philippines, I was assigned to the Legal Department and assisted applicants with visa requirements, including marriage visas, working visas, permanent visas, and extension visas. 
I also have practical experience in sales, customer service, and virtual assistance. In these roles, I improved my interpersonal and communication skills by helping diverse clients. I engaged with customers through emails, phone calls, and live chats, addressed their queries, provided product information, and ensured their satisfaction.
Through these experiences, I developed a customer-centric approach and enhanced my problem-solving abilities. I am excited to apply my skills and knowledge to a dynamic organization, where I can continue to grow personally and professionally while providing excellent service to clients.
