Profile Description

As a Product Specialist, part of my job is to conduct thorough market research, which include doing desktop research, sending emails and making calls to the supplier  and even attending product launches ( All-in-One Touchscreen  POS PC, Printers, Barcode ScUpgrade to see actual infoer, Retail POS Software), answering all product-related questions in a polite mUpgrade to see actual infoer and addressing queries promptly, collaborating  with the sales and technical team, attending workshops and training courses in sharing it with our sales and technical team what I've learned, plUpgrade to see actual infoing and assisting with new product releases and events, performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and technical team, assisting with the development of business plans,scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required, identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the manager, making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase sales and doing website content management system for the product images and descriptions updates.
