I’m also the person who actually enjoys a messy Excel spreadsheet. There’s something satisfying about organizing data and making sure every decimal point is exactly where it’s supposed to be. Tech Troubleshooting: I’m great at translating 'tech-speak' into plain English for customers. If it’s broken, I’ll help them fix it without the headache.

CRM Management: You won't have to spend weeks training me. I’m already fast and efficient in Salesforce, Gladly, and Zendesk.

Data & Excel Work: From cleaning up lead lists to organizing weekly reports, I keep your data sharp and useful.
