Skills:
1. Has CRM and case management software experience
2. Proficient in English communication at an intermediate to advanced level. This includes the ability to understand and express ideas effectively in both spoken and written forms, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and comprehension.
3. Strong computer and data entry skills
4. 10 years experience in customer service  (call center)

Roles:
1. Handle incoming calls from potential clients, providing compassionate case evaluations and pre-qualifying them for Family Law and AUpgrade to see actual info/Personal Injury cases.2. Proactively follow up with potential clients via email, text, and phone calls to address inquiries, schedule consultations, and facilitate client conversion.3. Coordinate appointments for qualified potential clients to maintain organized lawyer schedules and caseload growth.4. Oversee new client onboarding and manage client files by conducting data entry and collecting necessary paperwork to ensure efficient case management.5. Manage various office tasks including email correspondence, document handling, data organization, and research to optimize firm operations.
