Profile Description

I used to work in the travel industry for the past 5 years and had a career shift. Now, I'm currently working as a full-time fraud prevention specialist in one of the biggest financial institution inthe US. My main role is to investigate fraudulent activities in customer accounts, such as unauthorized access or transactions, account take over or theft as customers with banking and investing accounts may experience such transactions. I help ascertain the extent of loss, identify vulnerabilities and recover the amount stolen or reverse the transaction.I posses strong analytical skill with attention to details and high level of accuracy all at the same time working under pressure to meet business need.
