o Responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all language translation &/or proofreading projects. Providing excellent and professional service to both clients and vendors by e-mail, phone, chat and other on-line platforms.
o Provides tech support and training activities to Operations.
o Regular tasks include analyzing customer needs, preparing price quotes, assigning translators/proofreaders, monitoring and controlling projects status, performing quality checks, delivering projects to clients, handling complaints.
