Profile Description

I have been a Customer Service Assistant and Bank Teller for one of the largest banks in the Philippines. I'm assisting our clients with their needs, processing over the counter transactions and from there I already build my confidence to talk to different clients.
I also have been an Admin and Billing Staff for the one of POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration) registered Recruitment Agency here in the Philippines. I'm doing a double-hat work there, I do initial interview, assisting our workers from end to end process, setting up their profiles in our system, Philippine, Saudi Arabia and Jordan Government Websites, scheduling their itinerary for the whole recruitment process, answer to their queries both personal, call, text message, email and Facebook messages, monitoring their status both personal and work, at the same time doing billing work, payroll, receivables, payables, reimbursements, replenishments, expenses and ad hoc tasks. From those experiences I become more flexible to my work and work very well under pressure with minimal supervision.
I also have been a Financial Statement Bookkeeper for the one of the GOCC (Government Owned and Controlled Corporations Reform) here in the Philippines. I'm preparing our month end, quarterly and annually financial statements while maintaining the business model for the specific clients that we have. Doing bank reconciliation, taxes and final accounting.
Currently, I am Admin and Billing Specialist for the one of the largest Global Mobility Company here in the Philippines. I'm doing invoicing (pro-forma, credit note and invoice), raising payment requisition form to pay vendors, monthly reporting to track the unbilled, cost (vendor) and charges (clients), consolidating invoices for submission to clients, chasing payments to vendors and clients, setting up our assignees profile in our systems, uploading their documents, updating their profile and documents, ad hoc tasks and supporting our finance team.
As stated on the summary of my skills, I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. You'll find that this is why I am efficient, I'll always be there at your beck and call.
In any case you would require me to learn a specific system for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most systems that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or systems that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
