Profile Description

I have been in the management team in the BPO industry for more than 10 years now, starting as a rank and file employee before learning the ins and outs of running the operations all the way up to my current position as facilities and admin services manager.

I am highly involved in managing the daily operational and administrative support of the entire office. I am responsible for the security, maintenance, and services of work facilities to ensure the workspace is safe and functional for all employees.

With my experience on the operational side of the company, I have become adept at ensuring adherence to organizational goals and at the same time motivating teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to peak performance levels. I see myself as a courageous leader who has a passion and purpose to inspire others to move and take action.
On the Admin side, my organizational and quick decision-making skills help me view problems from many different angles and find the best and most efficient solution.

While I understand that the workings of every company are different, I am an adaptable person and a quick learner. I strive to create a positive and motivating environment that nurtures future leaders and high performers.
