* Underwent several trainings with different partner Embassy mostly Schengen Countries held in the different locations in Manila and currently accountable to Schengen Missions available in Cebu VAC - Operations particularly Germany, Denmark, Hungary, Norway, Sweden, Malta, Czech Republic, The Netherlands and Austria.
* Auxiliary Officer also for the operations in Canada, United Kingdom and New Zealand VAC in Cebu.
* Ensure that the operations follow the highest standard procedures given by the partner Embassy.
* Must oversee all aspects of the Visa category, ensured that the process runs smoothly in the submission counter to avoid hassle in the part of the applicant the same with the Embassy.
* 100% double checking on the completion of all relevant visa category documents and ensure that they received within the time limit set by the partner embassy.
* Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
*Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
* Quality checker for Back Office point to ensure that quality of service is followed prior to forward the sets of applicant’s documents to the specific Embassy for final decision.
* Can also direct communicate to partner Embassy for urgent inquiry and process of a particular cases that needs their confirmation, its either phone or
* Tenured/Experienced officer – can also undergo training to those newbies in a particular mission /account to ensure that they will follow the SOP of the specific account and serve also as subject matter expert in the operations too.
* Currently, I am responsible for the end to end process from Submission Counter, Biometrics Enrollment, Back Office and Quality Check to ensure that prior for the shipment of sets of applicant’s documents to the specific Embassy for final decision to make sure that there is no more discrepancy or error for Schengen Mission’s operations in Cebu VAC’s.
