I've been in the BPO industry for four years and seven months, with three different companies. The first company worked as a back office team, reviewing customer history to see if there were any potential fraud claims involving returns, lost packages, damage, and defective items. After 5 months, I received my endorsement and worked for one month in the credit department of a retail credit card company, assisting customers with billing questions such as payment, due date, and other billing-related issues.

Second, because it was merged or owned by one company, I handle two accounts at the same time, which is also Customer service for anti-virus software - assisting customers in installing protection on their devices, activating them, and, on occasion, assisting customers in placing orders for anti-virus software based on their needs.
