Profile Description

I'm responsible for managing everything virtually. My roles and responsibilities are stated and i am excellent in performing various administrative task, including answering emails, excellent customer support,such as scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements, create presentations, as assigned, I have solid organizational skills, strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
I, as a Virtual Assistant i am checking their email and voicemail to respond to time-sensitive messages from their superior or business customers. I have a phone or video chat meeting with the manager where i receive new assignments and relay messages or other important details. Throughout the day, I answer phone calls on behalf of my employer and answer emails. In my downtime, i complete data entry tasks, complete market research and draft presentations or informational memos.
My skills are
good communication, and verbal skills, critical thinking, problem-solving
and excellent grasp of grammar and spelling. I also have outstanding computer skills and good-research-oriented approach.
