1. Reporting and monitoring of the program participant projects implementation.
2. Coordination with external stakeholders.
3. Perform other tasks related to monitoring and evaluation whenever necessary.
4. Responsible for monitoring and assessing livelihood projects, participants and business associations to determine their status after the provision of livelihood assistance and identify follow-through interventions and other partners for mainstreaming.

6. Prepare offline monitoring and evaluation reports on track-specific project implementation, financial performance and organizational status.
7. Encode communications, reports and other documents related tasks.
8. Sort, index and file correspondences and maintain organized/systematic record system.
9. Prepare and submit liquidation and other financial reports.
10. Perform other functions as may be assigned.
11. Active and participative in augmentation when the need arises.
12. Conduct Technical Assistance and Monitoring Evaluation.
