Profile Description

I am a Philosophy graduate and a WordPress developer. I know that my degree is a far cry from the business of the online world but one important thing that the wisdom of the old has taught me is to be opinionated while adhering to my morals and values. Those values which are now engraved into my being is what makes me a hard working, goal oriented, and responsible WordPress developer. 

One thing that is advantageous to working with several industries is developing a unique and personal attitude towards your work.

For 2 years I've worked in the Business Process Outsourcing industry as a customer service support representative. I've handled sales, general customer service, and technical support accounts while keeping a consistency in my Key Performance Indicator metrics. 
Working as a customer service representative primarily revolved around problem solving within a short amount of time. The industry has taught me that to be efficient you have to be assertive and decisive when addressing the client’s needs.

For the past 3 years I have been working as a general virtual assistant for an SEO company based in the US. I currently have the responsibility as a WordPress VA and a content researcher. I’ve also had experience working with data scraping, data entry, and client outreach tasks. 

To be able to keep up with the ever changing market of online business, you have to possess a purposeful outlook in your career and my decision to focus on WordPress development is the result of this existential reflection.
