Working as a customer service representative primarily revolved around problem solving within a short amount of time. The industry has taught me that to be efficient you have to be assertive and decisive when addressing the client’s needs.
For the past 3 years I have been working as a general virtual assistant for an SEO company based in the US. I currently have the responsibility as a WordPress VA and a content researcher. I’ve also had experience working with data scraping, data entry, and client outreach tasks.
