Profile Description

My most recent online work was email handling. I sent inquiries and purchase orders in Excel format, counterchecked invoices, tracked shipment, a few phone calls as needed for follow-ups.

Prior to that, I worked in a printing company where I primarily did text organizing, typesetting using Adobe, proofreading and encoding for school publications such as yearbooks, journals/handbooks, folio, newspapers, etc. Additionally, I corresponded to clients through emails for queries and clarifications concerning the projects at hand, errands for my team leader in his behalf to get things going in our department whenever he was not around.

For over a year, I also worked part-time as an online ESL tutor; and four months as a general VA for a US-based online store. I had been a medical transcriptionist office-based for about two years.
