Profile Description

I am a BS Economics graduate with almost 3 years of experience in client operations and back office support within a US-based debt settlement company as an Independent Contractor.

My work focuses on client account management, invoice and documentation support, escalation handling, onboarding assistance, and coordination between clients and internal teams.

I also have exposure to payment tracking, account reconciliation support, and maintaining accurate records of client financial information within established processes. In addition to my professional experience, I served as a youth organization treasurer for 2.6 years where I handled budgeting, fund collection, disbursement, reconciliation, and financial reporting. This strengthened my understanding of basic financial processes and accountability in handling funds.

I am interested in building my career in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or Business Operations roles where I can further develop my analytical skills and grow in a structured finance environment.
