Profile Description

Worked in BPO in almost 3 yrs. I worked in a financial account where i handled fraud,  disputes, card replacement and update customer data record. I also worked in retail where I answered general inquiry about our products, place and replace missing orders, refunds and payments. I handle Healthcare,  whereas I'm responsible to the member's inquiry about their insurance policy,  assist with claims and I also handle payments. Part if my responsibility is to process cancelation of the plan and initiate refunds. I also handled cold calling to our members to offer promos and sign them up for the membership of the said Healthcare company
