Profile Description

Creates ticket on customer account and logging in the issues and action taken.
Troubleshoots customer issues on modem’s physical connection while on live Upgrade to see actual infovestigates and resolves customer connection inquiries and complaints quickly thru chat or phone call.
Processes dispatch ticket for technical visit if issue is still ongoing despite troubleshooting
Assists with processing of replacement for defective modems.
Maintains customer satisfaction with forward-thinking strategies focused on addressing customer needs and resolving Upgrade to see actual infoets AHT of 13 mins for 4 chat heads at a time
Sends email to Team Leads for credit adjustment request of customers
Updates daily team attendance and status to certain POC’s
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to enhance customer service experience and exceed team goals through effective client satisfaction.
