I'm an Order Management Specialist with a strong background in end-to-end order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and client management for US-based businesses.

I take pride in making sure every order moves smoothly from request to final delivery. In my most recent role, I managed the full fulfillment cycle, coordinating with 3PL partners, monitoring shipments in real time, handling invoicing and reporting, and resolving issues proactively to maintain SLA compliance and keep clients happy.

Prior to that, I worked as an Amazon Virtual Assistant where I conducted in-depth product research using tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, and Helium 10. This gave me a well-rounded understanding of e-commerce operations from both the sourcing and fulfillment sides. Combined with 5 years of experience in customer service and technical support, I've developed strong communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a consistent ability to deliver results in fast-paced, remote environments.
