I've been working in BPO industry since 2014 and gained all the relevant skills and experiences.
Since I am a Customer-facing associate, I can interact with the customers
efficiently. I do simple to complex order entry and quotation for customers,
and I am the point of contact of our partner in United States. I have been
working with different kind of nature of people and be collaborative at all
times specially we have partners resided outside our country. Since I am in a
senior associate post now I do basic management support function and I believe
that having a good and open communication is essential to reach our goal.
