-- Receiving calls froUpgrade to see actual infomber services line for members inquiries about their prescription insurance, on how their insurance works. Process refills through mail during the call
-One of the SME (Subject Matter Expert) who assist new hires during first live calls then answers calls froUpgrade to see actual infomber services line after new hires production
--- Verifying benefits and eligibility of patients in US before their Physical Therapy Visits.
-Calling different insurances to verify eligibility, benefits and Prior Authorization. (Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Humana, Aetna, Cigna and etc. One of the email support who assist clinics emails about real time inquiries about benefits, authorization, claim denials, and etc.
-Assisting provider enrollment member.
-Receiving calls and making outbound calls to different provider/carriers to follow up provider's enrollment status.
-Update CAQH accounts of providers, email different carriers for some clarifications in the enrollment process,
and etc.
