I have 4 years experience working as a data encoder/data entry our client is First American Title Co ding real estate business. My job is to put all the scanned land title documents into the system. doing data encoder/data entry I'm happy to say I have 100% quality score during my time working in this field. We specialize refinancing and mortgages and I'm pretty sure I know this job (data encoder/data entry). After that i worked in sales in one of the biggest outsourcing company (call center) in the world employing 125,000 employees in 35 countries for 2 1/2 years. We sold warranties for Dell computers. And I'm proud to say I'm one of the top Sales performer as a sales agent. I also worked in Xerox company (maker of photocopier machines) as call center agent we handle Health Savings Account (HSA) doing a customer service job. We resolve customer concerns like problem on their account or in their Debit card.I also worked as a Freelancer/VA worked on a car dealership based in California working with the same things collecting documents from the client and send it to the bank for fast approval.And I do have a background as listing/lister for Ebay and Amazon on a drop shipping ---------- O we do optimizing titles using title builder to get a better result. Being listing agent/lister is not a challenging job but I prioritize quality than quantity. I worked on searching items and listing hot products. The software that I'm familiar with is Pricematik, Oaxray. Tactical Arbitage, Keepa, Revseller, Jungle Scout and Title Builder for optimizing titles.I was also a part of ANZ International (Pvt) Ltd as customer support representative. Ihandled inbound/outbound calls and email for customers inquiry.
