I have been a Customer Service Advocate and Technical Support Specialist for a telecommunications company for three years. I was then promoted to the position of a Retention Specialist and Escalations Representative at Tracfone Incorporated. After that, I worked with Blink For Home, which is a company owned by Amazon which provides wireless security camera systems. I was a Phone and Email support agent for two years. Then, I worked as a Technical Support Representative for Xfinity, formerly known as Comcast, for two years as well. My most recent work experience is being a Customer Service Advocate, Prior Authorization Specialist and Pharmacy Technician at Optum Global Solutions, which is a part of United Health Group. I've been there for two years. I also worked as a seasonal Customer Service Representative for Orbitz, which is a travel fare aggregator website for hotels, flight, and car rental reservations. All of the companies I've worked with are US-based. Because of these experiences, I was able to instill and maintain a delivery of high standard service.
My expertise is in project management, doing administrative tasks. I am good at answering, transferring, and making outbound calls, managing email inquiries, processing and transferring data, scheduling appointments, writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. The tools I've used in the past are Nexidia, Zoho, Zendesk, Outlook, Avaya Soft Phone, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Worldspan, Amadeus, troubleshooting platforms, Slack, MS Teams, Xfinity troubleshooting platform, and Prior Authorization System. I have received professional English training because of my past call center experiences as well.As stated in the summary of my skills, I am pretty flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting Upgrade to see actual info any case, you would require me to learn a specific program for this job. I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training Upgrade to see actual info fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most of the tools and platforms I've used and mastered before.
I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimal supervision once I've learned the ins and outs.
