As an HR Practitioner for 8 years, I am specialized to handle small to large group of companies with the following competencies Organizational Development, Learning and Development, General Labor Standards, Employee Relations and Performance Management, Events and Employee Engagements, Pay and Benefits Structures, Recruiting and Onboarding, Third Party and Customer Relations, Personnel Management and Administration and other HR Metrics. The industries that I have been with are BPO, Academe, Hotel and Restaurant and Heavy Industrial Manufacturing but I am still a working in progress which makes me eager to learn more to other industries. To be an HR is a lifelong and selfless profession but a very meaningful and timeless experience.
