* Content Writer and Uploader: Using AI tools such as Machined.ai, Type.ai, and more, I create articles and blogs for various websites. Most topics include autism, healthcare, and home inspections, which I upload on their sites with images from Canva.
* Recruitment: Posting of job vacancies to social media and other government agencies like DOLE and PESO. Checking and going through every resume or CV submitted.  Conducting an entrance examination and an initial interview with applicants. Informing and updating applicants of the next process. Preparing and distributing contracts to applicants who have passed all stages of the recruitment process, as well as checking submitted requirements. Introducing applicants to other employees and giving them a tour of the office. And conducting exit interviews for employees who have resigned or been terminated.
* Coordinates corporate meetings and events.
* Compensation and Benefits: Updates employee names and monthly dues for SSS, PAGIBIG, and PhilHealth. Online and manual updating of names, and payment of monthly contributions of all active employees and the monthly dues of employees with active loans.
* Writing memoranda and letters for employees and suppliers.
* Preparing and computing of some employee salaries.
